Reapit as a company effectively optimized operations and processes at Bounce Share, India's largest two-wheeler sharing company. The main objective was to efficiently manage the day-to-day fleet operations, provide visibility around fleet service & also improve productivity for the blue-collar workforce. Other than that, Reapit was also directly engaged to track procurements closely and manage inventory of spare parts. Also, the conversion of a key to keyless scooters was managed via Reapit systems. We provided these ERP solutions to get all the operations together and create a productive process.

01. Task Engine

Reapit used third-party software to track on-field agents. So, they can work according to the task assigned to them. It helped them in being productive. There is a route optimization feature that planned their route as well. Not only that, this software enabled the central team to see the locations of these agents and what they were doing in real-time. It brought in more visibility. Also, the agents were able to decide which task they should be attending next with this software.

02. Inventory Management

Reapit ERP software was deployed to manage inventory across all the warehouses. It allowed managing resources and materials effectively. Through this software, everyone was able to see the quantity of inventory in individual warehouses. It also enabled the inventory team to record the items being received and sent from a warehouse.

03. E-way Bill Portal Integration
